Ciibex Group has the capabilities to provide a full turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) or engineering, procurement and construction management (“EPCM”) services for oil and gas and utilities.
As “Engineering, Procurement, and Construction” (EPC) contractor, CIIBEX is responsible for all the activities from engineering design, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning to commissioning and handover of the project to the End-User or Owner. This form of contract is known as “EPC/Turnkey” or “LSTK” for “Lump Sum TurnKey”, and sometimes also “EPCC” which is short for “Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning”.

With “Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management” (EPCM), CIIBEX acts as a consultant to provide “management services” for the whole project on behalf of the client. Under the services-only contract, CIIBEX performs engineering designs, then procurement and construction management services to ensure that the whole project is completed as required and in time. The Clients will sign Contracts or place Purchase Orders directly to vendors, suppliers, fabricators and construction contractors to serve the project scopes under CIIBEX consultation and management.

CORROSION MANAGEMENT AND ASSET INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Pipeline Corrosion and Integrity Management Services provides a comprehensive check for pipeline corrosion monitoring / control and integrity management for safe and reliable oil and gas transport operations. Civicon corrosion management unit begins with a high-level assessment for pipeline corrosion / integrity management and then determines the use of Pipeline Integrity Management (PIM) systems to achieve this. Pipeline risk assessment and management is reviewed in some detail and the use of risk based maintenance / inspection processes employed. PIM implementation for monitoring, testing and inspection is also employed including corrective actions and repairs. Emergency response and performance management is studied and proffered . Civicon strategies are devoted to internal and external corrosion monitoring, control and mitigation.
